We made reservations for our stay. It appeared that they are still up and running with new management. Our requests were met and staff was kind and helpful throughout. The hot tub and pool waters were warm. We enjoyed the peacefulness of our stay on our small family getaway. Our visit there went smoothly. I will be happy to visit with pacific sunrise suites again!
We stayed here for a weekend and we were very happy with our stay. The girls at the front desk are extremely sweet. The evening girl that works is amazing. We had a few concerns and she took them seriously right away and fixed the problem. Our room was #112 and it was super clean. No bad odors when we walked in. No view but hey that's okay. Bathroom was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I have seen other reviews saying they had a view of the dumpster and gave it a bad rating....but guys the dumpster is on the property next door (looks like they are building something). But the hotel has no control over their dumpster. It's not like it stinks or anything...and it's just a slight view of it. Some of these reviews are just ridiculous. It is very affordable! The pool and hot tub is open. Adult time after hours in the pool starts at 10pm which is nice They offer Continental breakfast until 9am and have a lot of seating in the lobby to either eat or just hang out. They have a Keurig in the lobby you can use as well anytime. Its super close to everything. Great location and next to the beach. Super happy with the entire stay
Couldn't have had a better stay, even though it was only one night. No odors, even in the "pet friendly" room we had. Extremely comfortable beds. Room, including bathroom, was super clean. Quiet, close to ocean access, close to Bennett's Fish Shack (our favorite), good security features, staff very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't call small wrapped muffins "pastry" (which we were told would be in the lobby 7:30 to 9:30), but we were going out for breakfast anyway. We would definitely stay here again.
